By purchasing designs from our site you are entitled to use them on items for your own personal use, to give as gifts, or to sell items that you have sewn the designs on. You are not allowed to sell, reproduce in any way, include in any other package, or claim ownership of the designs themselves.

Designs are software and will be treated as such. Because of the nature of the product no refunds, will be issued. Replacements of the same format and design set will be provided. This is not to say that we do not want satisfied customers. We will work with you if there is something that you are not satisfied with and will do all we can to arrive at a satisfactory conclusion. We have over 1,000 customers and we will continue to stand behind our service.
